A deliciously crunchy base of wholesome nuts, seeds, chia seeds, coconut & superfoods, slow-baked with low GI coconut sugar.

are they keto?

With only around 13g net carbs per serving, they probably could fit into any well formulated keto diet. However, as they have been sweetened with coconut sugar and dates, they could be an issue for some people.

To be safe, we've only added them into our paleo and healthy carbs sections but if you're fat adapted and active this could well fit. Our recommendation would be to try some out for yourself and test your ketones.

By far the best granola I had in my life!

After trying this product, both the chocolate bliss and caramel apply pie, I couldn't believe what my taste buds just experienced. This granola is so tasty, so fresh its unbelievable. Easily miles ahead of any competition. I would definitely buy this product again
